Taste of Summer Rancho Mirage: July 19 - 31

This annual event features an array of culinary delights from local restaurants, craft cocktails, and live entertainment. Attendees purchase wristbands, which grant access to special offerings, including specially priced appetizers, drinks, and desserts at participating venues. The wristbands, available for a nominal fee, support local charities, making the event a celebration of community and cuisine. Taste of Summer Rancho Mirage provides a unique opportunity to sample signature dishes and drinks while contributing to a good cause.

Summer Baseball

The Palm Springs Power is a collegiate summer baseball team playing at the historic Palm Springs Stadium. The team competes in the Southern California Collegiate Baseball League (SCCBL), offering college athletes a platform to hone their skills and gain exposure to professional scouts. Renowned for their competitive edge and multiple league championships, the Power attracts talent from colleges nationwide. The Power’s schedule includes home games from June through August, featuring matchups against league rivals and special events that engage the local community.

Idylwild Art In The Park: July 27 & 28, Aug 10 & 11

This event takes place amidst the picturesque setting of Idyllwild and features an eclectic mix of artistic mediums including ceramics, paintings, glass, jewelry, woodworking, and photography. Artists and visitors alike can enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings while browsing and purchasing unique handcrafted art. The event, held at the ICC Kids' Playground, offers free admission and showcases live music alongside the art displays.
